Below is a form you can fill out to pre-register for one of our classes. Your registration is not finalized until we receive your payment (see PAYMENT section below).
PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM AND SUBMIT IT ONLINE, EVEN IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAIL A CHECK. MAILING THE ACTUAL REGISTRATION WILL SIGNIFICANTLY DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR REGISTRATION!!!
REGISTRATIONS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.
FULL CLASSES:
If your first-choice class is full, we recommend you register for your second choice and ask to be put on the waiting list for the full class (put the full class as your first choice and put a note in the comments section of the registration form that you want to be on the waiting list). If you do not have a second choice, or your second choice is also full, send us an email and we will take it from there.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
We will confirm your registration once we have received your payment.
TUITION:
**We are keeping tuition as low as possible. We are also offering scholarships and discounts for families in need. Please contact us if you feel you need assistance.**
Music Together:
10 week Fall 2010 Semester:
Tuition is $180. $195 for New families.
SIBLINGS: 8 months or older $100
SIBLINGS 8 months or younger FREE, but please register them.
Tuition includes a beautifully illustrated songbook and 2 copies of a professionally recorded CD.
New families also receive the new DVD "Music and Your Child" (with activity suggestions for parents).
Drum Like An Animal and Young Rhythm Kids Classes:
The ten week Fall session costs $165 per child. ($180 for New Families. If you have taken any Music Together or Rhythm Kids classes then you are a returning family.) Participating siblings are $100.
Boom Boom La La, our 4-week class just for babies and their caregivers, costs $60. There is no new family fee!
PAYMENT:
We have added the option of paying online via our PayPal account! You do not need to have a PayPal account yourself to use this option. You may also still pay by check, made payable to ABC Music Together, and sent to PO Box 8 Concord, MA 01742.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
All classes must have a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 12 children. If the minimum is not met and we have to cancel a class, we will make every effort to find you a place in another class that fits your schedule. If we are unable to do so, all payments are fully refundable.
REFUNDS:
Refunds (less a $15 cancellation fee) are available only before the first day of class unless the class is canceled.
No refunds are available after the first day of class. Special consideration may be granted for illness or other special circumstances.
If we are unable, despite our best efforts, to get you into a class of your choice, you will receive a full refund.
For missed classes, makeups (**maximum 2**) may be scheduled as available.
